Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Project Manager to lead and grow our sales efforts across a diverse range of automotive and HGV safety products. This hands-on role is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, identify new opportunities, and manage client relationships from initial contact to project completion.


 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business through field sales and client visits, including canvassing industrial estates
  • Promote and upsell vehicle safety, security, and electrical products to commercial and private clients
  • Manage project timelines and coordinate with technical staff to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify market trends and propose innovative product or service offerings
  • Support team members and contribute to a collaborative working environment
  • Deliver consistently professional customer service, both in-person and online
  • Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to support sales growth

 Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in automotive, HGV, or related sectors
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Computer literate and comfortable using sales management tools
  • Proactive, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
